I felt a little disappointed...I was curious to know if it was proper to say in French "Pour ne pas quil se fâche" instead of "Pour quil ne se fâche pas " and I could not satisfy my curiosity ... Besides that, I think its quite useful ! P

Fantastic app. gives french definition, english translation & conjugations. Loads very quickly.

App is good. But it is crashes after tapping "Citation" tab. Crash is stable(((

So far, this is the French dictionary app that I has been the MOST helpful and useful to me. I can actually see the words in context. I would definitely pay to have pictures and voice. I’m very grateful for this app.

Now not only do I have to navigate thru an ad to get to the dictionary, there is an additional small banner ad on the definition pages!!!! So if you dont scroll to avoid touching the banner, youll be redirected. Notice: I paid for this app. I do not want to see ads. As for content: 3 stars. I had almost stopped using this app entirely until an iOS update maimed my big duct French dictionary. Oh woe.

Best app for definition of words

Had to delete my favorite dictionnaire française with the new update because suddenly out of nowhere it plays LOUD video without any stop, mute, or close button. Only escape is to turn off the app. I often use this app at night while I read (French) and others are sleeping, so the sound is absolutely unwelcome. I will miss this app, so I will watch for another update that removes this awful feature & hopefully upgrades the search features. The only complaint I had (before this debacle) was that the app never recalls the searches. For example, if you enter a word & want to go search another form of the same word you have to type it all over. (Unlike a Google search where you enter, for example "applauder" & then want to search "applaudissment" you only have to edit the entry). Same goes for if you enter a mistake like "applaudissmnt," the dictionnaire doesnt guess your error, and in going back to correct it, youll find an empty search field. Jespère que les développeurs améliorer cette autrement bon app.

This was the best French dictionary I had found and had been using it regularly for nearly a year in my French classes and daily life. I loved the synonyms, French definitions, conjugations and citations. It was fantastic. Now the new update ruined it all. Ads take over every time I try to do anything and make it impossible to use (much less obnoxious) and it crashes all the time. What a disappointment. Now searching for a replacement.

really useful app but has a bug that occasionally locks up your phone for up to a minute. this should really be properly tested before release.

I used to love it ...with The video that plays automatically it s not pleasant at all but it a good app After all !

Conjugation, and all of the words I have needed (A year of French in College and lots of reading since then). How on earth am I the only person to have reviewed this wonderful app?
